Mini twin nozzle setup. There is very little space between the sprocket and the swingarm (5mm), which makes placement of the full size Twin Nozzle assembly tricky. Here, a bracket holds the mini-nozzle and it is fitted as high as possible to prevent it being hit by the chain. This nozzle is a variant of the VFR mini-nozzle, and is available on request. However, this layout also requires the chain slack to be kept well within limits - in practice, a "classic" single nozzle layout is the the only reliable long-term solution on the LC8. |
